Cheap Music Night

What: Amateur Night at the Apollo
Where: The Apollo (253 West 125th Street, 7th and 8th)
When: Every Wednesday at 7:30PM

Review: Amateur Night has been the foundation for some of the world 's greatest artists including Stevie Wonder, The Jackson Five and Lauryn Hill. To this day, Apollo Amateur Night continues to be a primary source for discovering new talent and spotlighting up-and-coming artists.

Halloween Parade

What: 34th Annual Halloween Parade in the Village
Where: All those in Costume meet on 6th Ave between Spring St and Canal. All those watching hang out on 6th Ave between Spring St and 21st.
When: October 31st (Halloween). Particpants meet at 6PM. Onlookers stop by anytime between 7PM and 11PM.

Review: This year's theme is "Wings of Desire". Dress appropriately.
